El dormir en pareja no es algo fácil para todos, ya que el conciliar el sueño depende de distintos factores. Entonces, cómo hacer para que tú y tu pareja tenga un excelente sueño y no se transforme en un tema de discusión al interior de la relación.
Primero entendamos que una persona puede llegar a moverse mientras duermen alrededor de 40 veces en una noche según estudios científicos, por lo que la probabilidad de despertar por un manotazo es más alta de lo que uno piensa. A esto se suma, los factores como ronquidos fuertes, los desvelos nocturnos o la incompatibilidad horaria por el trabajo, en fin, todos estos aspectos influyen a la hora de tener un descanso óptimo.
Al conocer esta información, tal vez te niegues a creer que tú te mueves tanto por la noche, ya que según tú eres de los afortunados que encontró su lugar en la cama y no molestas a nadie, sin embargo, existen otros que aún no lo han podido hallar.
Pero si quieres evitar que cada mañana haya una pelea, puedes seguir alguno de estos consejos:
Según el instituto de investigación estadounidense National Sleep Foundation, el promedio de horas que debería dormir una persona entre 25 a los 64 años, debe ser de 7 a 9 horas diarias. A su vez, advierten que dormir menos de esas horas podría traer graves repercusiones en su salud.
Lo importante es que si quieres tener un descanso que sea beneficio, te recomendamos que transformes tu habitación junto a tu pareja, en un lugar donde ambos puedan conciliar el sueño y moverse con libertad. Es decir, si te molesta la luz de afuera, pone cortinas más gruesas; si quieres cambiar el colchón porque no te gusta, busca uno que sea del agrado de ambos, en sí, acomodar su pieza a sus necesidades.  
La temperatura de tu cama es muy importante a la hora de dormir, debido a que puede variar mucho durante la noche. Si eres friolenta(o) mantén a tus pies una manta cosa que al ir a dormir solo te de calor a ti.
Para los que se mueven mucho y terminan desarmando la cama, pueden comprar sábanas más grandes o a sujetadores para evitar que se salga mientras duermen.
Día a día son muchas las preocupaciones que uno puede tener, ya sean por el trabajo, vida cotidiana, dinero, etc. Al punto de llegar a la cama con esos pensamientos, los cuales limitan nuestro relajo y el preludio al sueño.
Muchos especialistas aconsejan que, si están sufriendo cuadros ansiosos o trastornos del sueño, es recomendable escuchar música relajante, hacer meditación antes de dormir o que practiquen algún deporte entre semana para que puedas botar la tensión acumulada.
